1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of PR 222, operated at pr222.best. When you create an account on PR 222, deposit funds, or place any form of wager on the platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with PR 222. These terms apply to all members, including new registrations, existing accounts, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the full agreement between you and PR 222. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

2Eligibility

To register and use PR 222, you must meet all of the following conditions. These are non-negotiable — PR 222 takes eligibility seriously for the protection of all members and to comply with applicable Philippine regulations.

PR 222 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings accumulated on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3Member Accounts

3.1 Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on PR 222. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, PR 222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the member from the platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working Philippine mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PR 222 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including friends, family, or anyone claiming to represent PR 222 customer support. PR 222 will never ask for your password.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PR 222 immediately via the support contact details on this page. PR 222 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a member's failure to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

PR 222 complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically required before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Unverified accounts may have deposit, withdrawal, and betting limits applied.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

PR 222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels only: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfers, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted for deposits.

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum single deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. PR 222 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or anonymous payment methods of any kind.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically reflected in your PR 222 account balance within minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. If your deposit has not been credited after the expected timeframe, contact PR 222 support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. PR 222 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by PR 222 compliance. PR 222 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by PR 222, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. PR 222 is not responsible for bets placed in error.

The minimum stake for a single bet is ₱50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. PR 222 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts at its discretion.

5.2 Odds and Results

Odds on PR 222 are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the event starts. In-play (live) betting odds change in real time and are final at the point of bet confirmation. In the event of a dispute over odds, the odds recorded on PR 222's system at the time the bet was placed will be considered final.

Results are determined based on official sources for each respective sport or game. PR 222 will settle bets as soon as results are officially confirmed. In cases where official results are delayed, bet settlement will also be delayed accordingly.

5.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

PR 222 may void a bet in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors in odds display, evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity, or incorrect market information. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the member's account.

6Bonuses and Promotions

PR 222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general bonus rules below apply to all PR 222 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• PR 222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated group play — will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.

9Privacy and Data

10Intellectual Property

All content on the PR 222 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PR 222 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any PR 222 content without prior written permission.

11Limitation of Liability

PR 222 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. PR 222 is not liable for losses arising from technical downtime, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PR 222's total liability to any member in connection with use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. PR 222 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature.

12Account Suspension and Closure

PR 222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A member has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is detected.
• A member requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• PR 222 is required to act by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• An account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or terms violation, PR 222 may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation clears the member, any balance withheld without justification will be returned. Members who wish to voluntarily close their accounts should contact support directly.

13Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute with PR 222 regarding a bet result, withdrawal, or any platform decision, the process is as follows:

• Step 1 — Contact PR 222 customer support and describe your concern in detail, including relevant bet IDs, transaction references, and dates.
• Step 2 — PR 222 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to the PR 222 compliance team.

All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing any formal legal or regulatory action.

14Amendments to These Terms

PR 222 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PR 222 will notify members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practically possible.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using PR 222 before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be considered to have accepted the revised terms.
